S House is a high-end luxury house located in the heart of Tokyo. It is a house with 7 bedrooms and equipped with entertainment and recreational facilities. FLPD's task is to procure FFE and set up to deliver the most luxurious living environment.
FLPD is reworking on the lighting design and control system so that the client can have multiple and limitless scenes of lighting to match with the situation, mood, time and space.
It is difficult, almost impossible to find off-the-rack items for such a house. FLPD will be designing furniture pieces such as sofas, dining table, lounge chairs and tea tables. We will be procuring materials, fabrics and finishes from all over the world and will have furnitures to be made in Japan for the best quality.
​FLPD will be procuring curtains, blinds, lighting fixtures, tableware and kitchenwares to linens. We will also select and procure paintings and art works to match with the space, interior design and furniture. By conducting full coordination, client can just move in without needing anything to procure by themselves.
